Meet the Team

  • Founder

    Patrick specializes in delivering people strategies and programs applying a holistic approach and combining different functions across the HR spectrum - talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and other critical functions.

    He conducts training and development programs in various contexts, from large industrial companies in hard-to-reach regions of Africa, to corporate companies with culturally diverse teams dispersed across Europe.

    Also, he develops large-scale, complex projects addressing various issues, from operational compliance to organizational transformation.

    Passionate about sharing knowledge and leadership development, he has been handpicked by CEOs and managers for providing coaching and mentoring.

    Patrick has been a Lecturer at the African Leadership University’s Business School (Rwanda and Mauritius).

    He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international business from HEC Liège/University of Liège (Belgium).

    He holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University (USA).

    He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI is the world’s number one organization for project management standards.

    He is a Certified Instructional Designer with the Association of Talent Development (ATD). ATD is the world’s leading organization for the certification of talent development professionals.

    He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi™) with HRCI. The HR Certification Institute® is the premier credentialing organization for the human resource profession, setting the standard for HR rigor, excellence and expertise for 50 years.

    Patrick has travelled in 58 countries. He speaks 6 languages.


  • Research Director

    Amma-Sika Adomako is an organizational psychologist with a specific focus on the behaviours and characteristics that enable organizations to attain success, whether they be non-profits, governmental agencies, or for profits. She uses a unique approach to apply scientific theories of individuals and groups to design and develop sustainable solutions for businesses and institutions.

    She has worked as a Business Developer in Senegal, helping entrepreneurs in agriculture through training and the development of grassroots community projects.

    She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a certificate in Economics from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA. While pursuing her degree, she has worked as a Human Resources Intern for organizations like Amazon and the City of Philadelphia. Her studies concluded with an International Foreign Exchange Program at the world-renowned Science Po in France.

    As an organizational psychologist and researcher, she focuses on identifying and analyzing training needs, formulating and implementing programs based on various models, monitoring and evaluating results, and optimizing sustainable growth plans.
