Anouar El Hajjami-Jarri
ESG PARTNERSHIPS & CONTENT LEAD
Anouar El Hajjami-Jarri is a sustainability and ESG specialist with a strong track record at the intersection of business development, sustainability reporting, and strategic communication.
At Olive People, he leads partnerships and content initiatives connecting companies, organizations, and institutions with insights, talent, and ecosystems driving the green transition.
Anouar brings experience working with organizations on key sustainability challenges, including carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3), ESG reporting, and compliance with major frameworks such as ESRS (CSRD), GRI, CDP, and EcoVadis.
In his previous roles at a sustainability consultancy in the Netherlands and a sustainability-driven software development company in the UK, he has led high-value client engagements and contributed to customers’ and partners’ success.
Anouar has a passion for translating complex sustainability requirements into practical, value-driven solutions, leveraging his technical knowledge of ESG standards combined with a sense of curiosity and can-do attitude.
He is CSRD-certified and holds a Master’s degree in digital media and communication strategy from CELSA, a prestigious graduate school part of the Sorbonne University (Paris).

Jemima Obandza
FORESTRY ENGINEER & ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
Jemima Obandza is a forestry engineer passionate about connecting science, people, and purpose. With a strong background in tropical forest management and biodiversity conservation, she brings both technical expertise and a human-centered approach to her work.
At Olive People, she leads research projects and manages engagement initiatives with higher education institutions, alumni associations, scientific communities, and industry networks across Africa.
In parallel, she teaches geographic information systems (GIS) and emerging technologies at the Denis Sassou Nguesso University (Brazzaville Congo).
Before joining Olive People, Jemima gained hands-on experience in ecosystem services analysis, sustainable forest management, and environmental education through fieldwork and research in the Congo Basin, including collaborations with ERAIFT-UNESCO, Enabel, the international development agency of the Kingdom of Belgium; and the Royal Museum for Central Africa (Brussels Belgium).
She holds a Master’s degree in integrated management and land use planning from ERAIFT -UNESCO, and a Bachelor’s degree in forestry sciences and techniques from Marien Ngouabi University (Brazzaville Congo).

Lamia Boujjat works at the intersection of digital communications, event marketing, and project support.
She crafts compelling stories, disseminate insights, and shares resources that support our mission of raising awareness and promoting education in green skills and new competences.
Prior to joining Olive People, Lamia served in a digital marketing specialist at one of Belgium’s highly rated ecosystems for startup founders.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg (Belgium).

Patrick Gaincko, PMP®, PHRi™
FOUNDER
Patrick Gaincko is an international human capital and organizational strategist, advisor and project leader working at the intersection of business, higher education and sustainable development.
As Founder of Olive People, he develops initiatives that help organizations and institutions address one of the defining challenges of economic transformation: ensuring that people, skills and organizations evolve as fast as industries, technologies and societies do.
A recurring theme throughout his work is the connection between skills, innovation, and investment, and how these can contribute to more sustainable and inclusive economies. His work brings together companies, universities, development organizations, experts and emerging talent to turn these connections into practical initiatives and partnerships.
Before founding Olive People, he held managerial and leadership roles across six European countries, including in the sustainable manufacturing and nature conservation sectors.
He has been a Lecturer at the African Leadership University in Rwanda and Mauritius and a guest trainer at the Google Learning Center in New York USA.
He publishes the Olive People Briefing, read by a growing international audience of business, institutional and academic leaders; and regularly contributes to international industry conferences.
His writing and speaking explore the changing relationships between talent, organizations, education, industries, and economic development.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi™) and holds an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from HEC Liège/University of Liège in Belgium and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in the USA.
Having travelled to 60 countries and speaking six languages, Patrick brings a deeply international perspective to his work and a particular ability to navigate different industries, cultures and institutional environments.
