Olive People to Contribute to Executive Training on Fundraising and Resource Mobilization at ERAIFT-UNESCO.
Olive People is pleased to announce its participation in the Executive Training on Fundraising and Resource Mobilization organized by ERAIFT in Kinshasa DRC from 6 to 9 July 2026. Operating under the auspices of UNESCO, ERAIFT is a leading pan-African post-graduate university dedicated to integrated management of tropical forests and lands.
As part of this professional development program, Patrick Gaincko, Founder of Olive People, will deliver a guest session focused on private sector engagement, strategic partnerships, and trust-building as drivers of resource mobilization.
Fundraising is generally associated with proposal writing and donor relations. Yet, resource mobilization increasingly depends on an organization’s ability to formulate a compelling vision, create shared value, and establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Drawing on his recent practical experiences in USA and in Africa, Patrick will share lessons learned and frameworks for mobilizing private sector actors and facilitating multi-stakeholder collaborations in support of sustainable development initiatives.
The training brings together professionals from organizations and companies from the agribusiness, conservation, and higher education sectors, creating an opportunity for peer learning and exchange of practical experiences.
For Olive People, this contribution reflects the organization's continued commitment to strengthening professional capacities and fostering partnerships that support sustainability, green skills development, and inclusive economic growth across Africa.
